I currently sit on the leadership team as the head of design at Fora. Fora operates over 1,200+ forums with ~101m MAU and ~55m members.
I have built up the UX team from 2 to 5, introducing the company to benefits of User Research at all stages of product development.
During my time at Fora, we have launched a native App, rolled out a design system, shifted from reactive to proactive, and become an equal and embedded partner with Product and Engineering.
